Refunds and Pass Guarantee

Our pass guarantee policy extends to all our membership levels except as where prohibited by law. The pass guarantee is not in effect for the states of Florida or Tennessee as required by law, or any other state, province, or country in which it becomes knowledge that such a guarantee is not applicable by law. In order to receive a refund of any monies paid, a user must submit a request for a refund within 1 year (365 days) of signing up. Refund requests that fall outside of the 1 year (365 days) timeframe will not be honored and no refund will be given. Upon request of a refund, we will issue a refund within 24 hours and cancel the user account access. Course access is not given free of charge. Requests for refunds must be made through the contact form or support form on our website.
